Job Description

Drive IT & digital transformation agenda of the CIDO office.
Work with CIDO office leaders and team to enable realization of Digital and IT transformation Strategy; implementing systematic & structured frameworks to bring focus & action change, handling multiple stakeholders.
Deliver analysis & insights that support strategy and decision making to the Management & Business Leaders.
Work directly with the CIDO to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
Maintain the CIDO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
Serve as a liaison between the CIDO, and rest of the organization business unit heads.
Coordinate work with CIDO office leaders; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by the CIDO office
Serve as a primary point of contact between the Office of the CIDO
Assist the CIDO in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.
Determine priority of matters of attention for the CIDO; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
Keep the CIDO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Qualifications

BE or B.Tech along with an MBA

7 – 9 years’ experience in IT / Digital / Software / consulting domains with a proven record of success
Ability to work in ambiguity and drive changes

Advanced presentation skills including Excel, Power point and Power BI.
