Job Description

Supply chain operation for import includes coordination with suppliers, logistics service providers, freight forwarders, Customs clearance and delivery at BGSW Hyderabad.Import shipments: I. Processing of internal purchase requests for “Free of Cost and Loan Basis” supplies for Customer Supplied Products. II. Ensuring tracking and timely clearance of Import shipments and communication with respective stakeholders III. Response to all the quires and report submission

Supply chain operation for indigenous supplies includes coordination with suppliers ensuring receipt of goods.Indigenous supplies: I. Ensuring timely delivery of Indigenous supplies II. Local shipment delivery tracking and communication with respective stakeholders

Ensuring timely preparation of Good Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP

Management and operation of inward stores ensuring upkeep of inward stores, real time and accurate record maintenance. I. Ensuring receipt of shipments and goods delivery to end user II. Maintains receiving, distribution (inbound and outbound) operations by initiating and coordinating III. Ensuring asset stickers (Bar Code and RFID) tagging

Ensuring management of third-party implant Stores team

Invoice processing for services obtained from Logistics Service Providers

Coordination for Movement of Material into and outward of BGSW Hyderabad location.

Coordination with Packers and Movers for material movement

Other responsibilities and tasks assigned by the reporting manager on time-to-time basis.

Provide following report to Tax DepartmentØ Monthly Import and local procurement dataØ Material movement to BGSW Hyderabad from other BGSW locations in India,10. Coordination during Physical Asset Verification with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
