Job Description

Is an expert with in-depth indirect purchase knowledge

Works with PUI team and internal business partner to close the open requests within SLAs

Actively engage, support and lead continuous improvements of processes

Drives globally defined purchase support(OSP) process excellence

Ownership of KPI delivery, and improvements where required, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

New/update Material master data

Purchase order creation

Best price calling

Vendor interaction

Mailbox handling

Completing trainings (Core & cross function)

I-Matra update

Daily tracking of his open requests and closure

Interactions with Internal Business Partner & Category managers to address queries

Stakeholder management

Customer Engagement

Qualifications

Education Qualifications & Accreditation:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with B.com / BBM/ M.COM or MBA

Computer/ Systems Proficiency:

• MS Outlook
• MS Office
• SAP knowledge

Experience

• Experience in a Global Shared Services/Third party clients supported for Finance & Accounting
