Plasmid Manufacturing | Vapi I Micro CRISPR Pvt Ltd

Upstream Process

1. To oversee and manage day-to- production operation during assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedule.
2. To ensure the batch processed as per compliance
3. As an Upstream expert you will be handling Fermenters up to 100L, Continuous centrifuge, TFF System, Process vessel, Double Door Autoclave, DHS, Filter integrity and all critical instruments.
4. Responsible for preparation of media and buffers for fermentation and early stage downstream process.
5. Manage inoculations and transfer of culture with strict aseptic technique
6. Perform and supervise the CIP and SIP of the equipments.
7. Conducting regular checks to ensure production, quality, Process consistency and regulatory adherence.
8. Liaise with QA to address deviation, non conformances and ensure the release high quality product.
9. Preparation of GMP documents like MPCR, BPCR, SOP, Protocol and Validation and revalidation of critical equipments.
10. Develop and implement the shift plan to ensure optimal utilization of available person.
11. To perform the job assigned by supervisor or HOD.

Downstream Process

1. To oversee and manage day-to- production operation during assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedule.
2. To ensure the batch processed as per compliance
3. As a Downstream expert you will be handling different types of Chromatography (ion exchange, hydrophobic interaction etc), TFF System, Process vessel, double door autoclave, DHS, Filter integrity and all critical instruments.
4. Preparation of reagent and buffer required for various purification steps.
5. Conducting regular checks to ensure production, quality, and Process consistency and regulatory adherence.
6. Perform and supervise the CIP and SIP of the equipments.
7. Preparation of GMP document like MPCR, BPCR, SOP, Protocol etc and Liaise with QA to address deviation, non conformances and ensure the release high quality product.
8. Responsible validation and revalidation of all critical equipments of the area.
9. Develop and implement the shift plan to ensure optimal utilization of available person.
10. To perform the job assigned by supervisor or HOD.
