:

• Lead and moderate the FMEA meetings
• Evaluate the results of FMEA analysis and present FMEAs to higher management / customer
• Coordinate with project stakeholders (Design, Testing, Production, QMM & Supplier)
• Create, update & track FMEA’s corresponding to TT
• Apprise delays, risks and review of RPNs through regular monitoring to the entire team
• Provide executive summary (status / actions / escalations) on all FMEAs to management stakeholders on pre-defined frequency
• Travel to customer site based on the necessity

Mandatory skills:

• Proficient in FMEA moderation (TQ013 certification or equivalent)
• Should have strong technical capability to check and analyze the product functions and failures
• Ability to interface with cross functional teams
• Ability to guide and mentor the team on technical aspects
• Proactive, quick learning and capable of handling tasks independently
• Problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation and inter-personal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in Boilers, Heat pumps (Residential heating)
• Experience in applying Bosch Engineering Systems – Product Engineering principles
• Exposure to DFM, DFA, GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis

Basic Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical

Experience: Level 51 (5 – 8 years exp.)
