Job Description

1. The role has to ensure that all dashboards are developed according to RB standards and internal PS Development standards
2. This role is part of the C/SCL data analytics team to push for BBM wide solutions.
3. This role is responsible for development according to RB standards
4. The role is to coordinate development activities within BBM Network
5. Scaling of existing Indian solutions and keeping track of included technology trend
6. Responsibility for new associate development in the Indian team
7. Cross-functional support for manufacturing, quality and rationalization projects

Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in MNC.
Education: B.E. /B.Tech /MCA /MBA (supply chain /operations) or similar education
Qualification: Theoretical and practical knowledge in at least one programming language (e.g. learned in university or leisure time) is necessary. Advanced knowledge in algorithms, numerical analysis and algebra. Multi-annual operative experience in logistics processes, our SAP-systems (ERP, APO) and reporting landscape of BBM. (BI, BW, SAC)

Additional Information
Know-How: very good product and/or process knowledge. Additional preferable is know how in further programming languages (Python, SQL, Java), data architecture (how to collect, store, arrange, integrate) and how to put in use.
Fascination: Enthusiasm to explore, visualize and analyze data
Ability to mentor/develop/guide development of dashboards
Practical experience in logistics and programming
Knowledge about RB logistic processes
Personality: Very good command on English. High willingness and intrinsic motivation to learn. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain and share your knowledge. You act proactive with an analytic approach to solve challenges. Complex data analysis inspires you.
German Language would be an asset
