About Our Client
Client is an european private equity fund with a focus on climate and impact investing. Strong presence of ~20 locations globally.
Job Description
Provide high-quality support to the team, including scheduling of appointments,
monitoring documents for signature/approval; supervise and follow up on issues and
priorities; handle incoming correspondence and internal and external queries; draft and
handle routine correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide primary assistance for database management, internet research, editorial
assistance, preparation of presentations, etc.
Manage logistical preparations for travel by India Office team and incoming visitors.Coordinate meeting scheduling with external stakeholders.Undertake ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the Country Director.Supervise office management and suggest ways to enhance work organization and
effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6-7 years of relevant work experience in a financial
institution or a multinational organization.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
Outlook).
Fluency in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare draft
communications and ensure quality of written outputs.
High degree of judgment and tact in handling, processing, and communicating matters
of sensitive and confidential nature.
High degree of motivation, initiative, flexibility, and reliability.Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a range of contacts internally
and externally and deal effectively with diverse situations which require good judgment,
tact, and diplomacy.
Experience in event planning and organization.Proven ability to work effectively in a team-orientated, multi-cultural environment, and
function as an effective team member in various groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare draft communications and
ensure quality of written outputs.
Ability to produce high-quality work under situations of time pressure, etc.Effective time management and organizational skills.
