Key responsibilities:
- Intermediate/ Advanced excel and power point skills should be able to work on fairly large amount of data independently.
- Excellent written / oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fairly comfortable with routine tasks and projects.
- Hands on experience in L&D operations ( in class scheduling, nomination tracking and attendance tracking).
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be post graduate either MBA / PGDM in HR
- Good Communication Skills is very much essential for this role.
- Function specific knowledge of HR would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using any Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Please Note: This is a contractual role and this would involve working from office.
