We run 2 Home Decor brand and sell online as well as export our LUXURY range of home accessories, lighting, cabinet hardware…etc to our high-end buyers.

Daily operations take place from North Goa, very near from Mapusa.

What will you do every day? – 2 components to this position:

1- E-commerce Inventory & Logistic (Import/Export)

– Order processing and fulfillment, shipping, order tracking, oversee the tasks of the logistic team (3persons), packaging, delivery & returns of customer orders.

– Inventory management online as well as offline, packing material restocking, Work collaboratively with the Account to plan and maintain sufficient 2 month’s inventory.

– Product Data Management – Ensure all latest product data is displayed on various ecommerce channels including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.

– Monitor stock levels and analyse sales BtoB vs D2C. Sales analytics and reporting to CEOs.

– Relationship with shipping carrier, rates negociations…

2- Supply Chain management

– Quality control and inspection of new material

– Follow up with vendors, Vendor Development, Costing and price analysis, Vendor performance Analysis

– Detailed technical know-how and ability to resolve Vendor related techno-commercial issues in co-ordination with team members of other functions.

– Determining root cause in event of defective materials with relevant parties and execute corrective action.

– Obtaining Purchase requests, forwarding enquiries, obtaining quotations, comparison statements, commercial negotiation, purchase order preparation, approval

– Pursue competitive purchase environment by constantly seeking alternate supply

– New Product Execution with Robust Time Line Management from Proto sample to Final Parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
