Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers, with a focus on Oracle database servers and middleware application server.Perform system administration tasks such as user management, disk management, file system tuning, and backup/restore.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.Ensure system security by implementing best practices, security patches, and firewall configurations.Manage system resources efficiently to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with other IT team members to support application deployments, upgrades, and migrations.Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and recommend improvements or enhancements to existing systems.Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system alerts or emergencies as needed.Assist in capacity planning and scalability efforts to accommodate future growth.Strong understanding of Linux operating system internals and kernel tuning.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Red Hat Virtualization.Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl for automation tasks.Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and others (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.)
