The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 is an intermediate level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing all regular transfers, payments, trade transactions, and wholesale card activity.
Responsibilities:
Has in-depth knowledge of the Trade business Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures. Ensure service quality is maintained Knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to understand how financial transactions affect the operating systems/GL Familiarity with the end-to-end Trade transaction lifecycle Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to lead transparently at an advanced level Strong analytical, and investigations skills Establish and maintain relevant controls to monitor and strengthen the existing processes. Contributes to discussions on process improvements Applies process and product knowledge to identify improvements that increase
automation and efficiency
Completes daily tasks within the normal working day parameters and keeps overtime to a minimum Complies fully with all control requirements as per procedures documentation Escalates control issues in a timely and appropriate fashion Conducts day-to-day processes in accordance with documented procedures Adheres to client specific timelines and SLAs for reports and communications Solicits feedback and learns through review of work products and interactions with others

Qualifications:
Previous relevant experience preferred
Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective communication and analytical skills
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
