Boston Consulting Group Hiring for Procurement Manager, Supplier Governance at New Delhi Full Time

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Global Supplier Governance Manager will deliver exceptional supplier governance and client assurance services to BCG’s consulting teams, and clients. They will report to the Global Supplier Risk Director, working with other members of the Global Supplier Risk team, to deliver BCG’s Supplier Risk Framework and supplier governance initiatives.

You will:

• Answer client assurance enquiries from client proposals/bid requests received by BCG’s consulting teams related to BCG’s supply base, working in partnership with Information Security, Supplier Sustainability, Supplier ESG and Supplier Diversity.
• Provide professional support and expert advice to key stakeholders, including our BCG consulting teams, to contribute to the value proposition to BCG’s clients.
• Create and maintain a knowledge library and FAQ database for client assurance to ensure quality and timely responses.
• Support supplier assurance reviews by BCG’s clients to ensure BCG is recognised for robust governance of BCG’s supplier base, and compliance to specific regulatory, industry or client requirements.
• Work with the Supplier Risk team to implement supplier risk management initiatives as required, aligned to the Supplier Risk framework and Source to Pay transformation.
• Provide business intelligence and analysis to ensure transparency, control and value reporting to a wide array of stakeholders.
• Promote best practice through collaboration, communication and training at team forums, stakeholder groups and contribute to the monthly Supplier Governance Forum.
• Identify and implement best practices working in partnership with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, Information Security, Sourcing and Operations Excellence.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Professional customer focused advice and support across multi geographies and time-zones
• Advanced organizational skills, ability to set priorities and attention to detail in time critical environments.
• Ideally experience within an assurance, regulated, third party risk, legal/compliance, CSR or similar environment
• Self-motivated and takes initiative, able to work independently within a highly matrixed and agile teaming environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral, written) and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite being able to document well in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A high level of integrity, ethics and good judgement

We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
