Responsibilities

• Statutory Audit
  • Audit support and guidance to team to ensure Audits are compliant across service delivery
  • Liaising with Auditors – internal & external and ensuring smooth Audit
  • Sharing ideas and execution to make process 100% control compliant with Audit observations and internal controls

• Internal Controls, Costing & FP&A
  • ATR, P2P, CS & CTC internal controls assessment on regular intervals
  • Internal controls and risk assessment of processes and raising for any issues with resolution
  • Defining controls of KPIs misses if any and working with team for execution
  • FP&A of Service delivery cost & head account as per budget planning
  • Variance analysis as compared to budget planning and actual.
  • Maintain forecast numbers and working with finance and other teams for closure.

• Process Improvement & Standardization
  • Working as SME of the process to do quality checks on monthly basis and coaching team for process value add
  • Working with team and global teams for standardization of process withing region and later as per global standards
  • Actively owning the global calls and sharing thought for implementation of system, controls, KPIs, etc
  • Working as service delivery SME for global projects such as Magellan, MyBuy etc and adding value to projects with experience and data

What we’re looking for in you:

• CA Must

• Audit experience – Internal Audits, Statutory Audit

• 8 years’ experience in similar roles or shared service environment.

• Experience in end to end process.

• Extremely strong fundamentals in Accounting

• End to end Hands-on for Audit controls & internal controls

• Prior experience of handling Statutory Audits.

• Expert in MS-Office & all major tools in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

• >2 years of experience on any major ERP tool – SAP, Hyperion etc.

• Experience for project participation will be a plus

• Good communication skills both written & verbal

• Smart and pick up quickly. Hands on approach with ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment

• Good self-starter and can work under pressure

• Analytical, detailed oriented, accurate with a sense of urgency to complete projects & meet deadlines

• Good team player and willing to take additional responsibilities.
