Full Job Description
Bounteous is looking for an OpenAir Administrator in India, who embodies our culture, and will join our Operations Team with a can do attitude. This role requires basic systems experience, strong collaboration skills, an upbeat – positive attitude, and a willingness to problem solve in an ever-changing environment.

Role and Responsibilities
Providing user support and assistance with user admin, time and expense entry, and reporting
Create new users, user permissions, saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
Work with the Lead Operations Admin to translate requirements into workable OpenAir business solutions including workflows, custom reports, and saved searches
Support our internal Competency & Practice Area teams to resolve system issues and modify system configurations as needs evolve
Assist in implementing solutions to continually streamline processes and improve efficiency for our teams
Work with OpenAir support teams on product issues
Keep updates between NetSuite and Namely – up to date (HR/Payroll system)
Plan, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a collaborative work environment
Educate our teams on OpenAir best practices

Provide OpenAir training related to:
New features or enhancements
New team members

Preferred Qualifications
OpenAir experience desired, including an understanding of NetSuite-OpenAir integration – but will train.
Desired OpenAir experience includes Projects, Resources, Invoices, Expenses, and Timesheets modules
Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to OpenAir and NetSuite applications
Previous exposure to working in an administrator role
SuiteFlow and SuiteScript experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
2-4 years of experience in a professional, fast paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with professional services organizations and matrixes organizations
Able to communicate, influence, and listen to the internal stakeholders
Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to think creatively and work collaboratively to develop solutions and manage expectations
Perfected the art of balancing the needs of the company, managers, and team members
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A willingness to learn and be trained to specific processes.
Open to learning new technologies and adapting together.
