About Us: Designerrs Lab provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods, and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks, and alumni from NIDs and IITs.Our 20K + Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such as Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths. With a vision to “Democratize Design Education”, we are focused on creating the Next Million Designers and help them become better problem solvers.Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development, and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc.
• Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users
• Setting and implementing communities and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Providing engaging text, image, and video content for the community
• Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Be aware of the latest trends, conversational in the field of UI UX Design, initiate, engage, educate community members on the same
• Utilize Growth hacking techniques for community building
• Managing Competitions, Hackathons for community engagement.

Skills: 1. Experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands2. Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, design, public relations, media studies, business, and/or related fields.3. Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines4. Excellent communication skills and creative writing skills5. Experience developing and implementing tactical plans -including inspired and moderated solutions- that build and nurture online communities6. Demonstrated expertise in engaging and activating community groups7. Experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights, and reporting/recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals8. Understanding what’s possible on the various technology platforms and the ability to educate and integrate the needs of the creative team and developers9. Active on various Community Platforms10. Preferred having a Personal Brand on various social platformsPerks:
