Bradken Hiring for Recruiter at Remote Full Time

As an experienced Recruiter, working directly with hiring managers and reporting to the Global Recruitment Lead based in Australia, you will deliver across the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist for AMERICAS and develop strong relationships with hiring managers to effectively partner with them on filling their current and future, sometimes difficult to hire, salary and wages roles through active resourcing and headhunting.

As a proactive and result-driven recruiter, who can work in a fast paced and high volume technical recruiting environment, you will identify optimal recruitment strategies, including job boards, careers pages and social networks to fill roles with talent within time to fill metrics.

With a focus on excellent candidate care and experience, you will design job ads, conduct a preliminary screening, attend interviews with hiring managers and complete all relevant checks within set time frames.

You will have strong employer branding experience and will represent Bradken to win the best talent in record-breaking time.

This is a FIXED TERM -6 months, fully remote role based in India.

IMPORTANT :

• You will be recruiting for roles in USA, Canada and South America.
• Must be able to work the shift timing: start at 5pm IST to end at 2am IST, TUESDAY- SATURDAY
