Duties will include monitoring and reporting on the works for compliance with the engineering drawings and specifications, review of method sequence and programme proposals, reviewing contractor technical submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replying to transmittals.
- Commenting on drawings.
- Converting CAD drawings to various file formats and uploading them as required.
- Preparing and sending out change orders
- Updating all spreadsheets
- Filing of Drawings
- Pre-archiving.
- Setting up all QMS documents and folders for new projects
- Manage the administration side of the QMS
- Prompt Project Leaders where necessary to ensure compliance with Design Review procedures.
- Managing appropriate QMS checks in line with QMS requirements.
- Updating spreadsheets.
- General administration.
- Monitoring the status of the project website.
- Ensuring Engineers and Technicians have current information from others in the design team.
- Ensure tasks are carried out within agreed deadlines.
- Coordinating his/her work with members of project teams.
