mElimu Edutech Private Limited Hiring for IT Head at Noida Full Time

Job description:

mElimu needs an IT head to take over the infrastructure oversight of all technical operations. We need a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up his sleeves and working with the team to achieve future business goals. You will be responsible to manage our entire IT operation team and will work closely with the management of the Organisation. Your IT operations experience will help us grow as we expand.

Basic requirement:

• 10+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising IT operation teams, and IT software, cloud and hardware vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ management experience in an IT environment
• Candidate with Egypt work permit will be given priority
• Should be well versed with Arabic language (reading and writing)

Preferred skills:

• Should have worked with networking equipments, servers, data storage devices
• Should work with IT vendors, manage IT assets (Licenses, SLAs, warranties, etc)
• Must have used IT asset management tools
• Should have experience on handling IT support, helpdesk
• Should understand application deployment process

Key responsibilities:

• Overall management of technical operations, including management of a diverse team of skilled IT professionals
• Develop strategy as it relates to the organization’s IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, cloud, security, communication systems).
• Develop, manage, and track the IT department’s annual budget.
• Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology tools
• Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance.
• Liaising with department heads, system users and other stakeholders to ensure maximum effectiveness of IT operations
• Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems.
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff.

Joining date: Preferably Immediately. Maximum 30 days notice period in current organisation.
