Minimum 4 years in a customer service position preferred with a notable track record of customer satisfaction. Preferably from hospitality industry background.
1. Good people management skills with high level of empathy.
2. Should be well informed, alert, receptive and organized.
3. Must have good communication and listening skills with pleasing personality.
4. Good telephone etiquette.
5. Analytical ability.
6. Ability to resolve softer concerns amicably, on the spot.
7. Should be passionate and capable to impart soft skills training to team members.
8. Thorough understanding of Mahindra Dealer World (DMS) operation.
