• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls, E-mails, etc.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
• Travelling is a must (India and Abroad)
