- Minimum 3 Year of working experience in the same field
- Certified professionals in Microsoft and Networking would be most preferred.
- Proficient user of Windows 10/11, Microsoft365, and Active Directory, and can provide support for these applications.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware like servers, desktops, laptops, software, IT networks, printers, scanners, telephone systems, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Maintaining IT hardware and software inventory.
- Configuring and managing Avaya IP phones.
- Setting up accounts for new users, on-boarding and off-boarding employees.
