Job Description

Job Summary: The Educational Tele Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to parents and candidates over the phone regarding various PG (Graduation Level) courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and experience working in education and training institutes. Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to parents and candidates about various UG ( Gradation Degree Courses Like : BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc Nursing)
• Address queries related to admission requirements, course duration, fee structure, eligibility criteria, and other related topics.
• Help candidates in selecting the right course based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
• Guide candidates in the application process and provide assistance with filling out application forms.
• Assist in scheduling appointments with course coordinators.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with parents and candidates in the CRM Softwares.
• Follow up with candidates to provide further assistance and address any additional concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest information about the courses and educational institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field, preferably in education or counseling.
• Experience working in education and training institutes will be given preference.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language as well as English.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience in tele-counseling or customer service will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

• The Educational Tele Counsellor will work from a designated office space or from home.
• The job may require working on weekends and outside of regular office hours to accommodate the needs of parents and candidates.
