Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill
- Ability to apply independent judgment to handle all aspects of collection process.
- Responsible for corresponding with customers
Requirements:
- 6 Months-2 Years US/UK Debt Collection Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Must have the flexibility to work US shifts and ability to travel on own
- Advanced telephone etiquette skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
