Brainwonders is hiring dynamic counseling psychologists to fulfil the following responsibilities: (FRESHERS CAN APPLY TOO)

Coordinate the calendar timeline & conduct counselling sessions.

Implement the various Brainwonders career counseling services to the assigned clients.

Visit/ or e-meet education and corporate organizations with Sr. Psychologist.

Design and hold workshops, seminars and webinars.

Be well-versed with Brainwonders Biometric, psychometric and Counselling services.

Create and revise existing assessments.

Provide digital content, resources, literature and research for guidance.

Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages (Muticulturalist counselors).

Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will be preferred.

Experience: Preferred 1-2 Years ( OPEN TO FRESHERS AS WELL)

Job Type: Full-time (on-site)

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Qualifications

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (verbal + written in English)

Presentable (as it is a client-facing role)

Spoken fluency in the local language (Bengali)
