Greetings from Synergy plus business consulting group. We are looking for an Admission Head for one of the leading school in Jaipur.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversees the admissions & front desk department.
• Oversees operational activities related to Marketing and Admissions.
• Builds strategies for reaching a large pool of applicants.
• Establishes the process for evaluating applicants.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the Institution.
• Develop innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies, and enrolment plans in coordination with the Principal to attract and enroll more students.
• Oversees admission-related administrative functions including advertisements, negotiating with the advertisement agencies for quotations, drafting of prospectus and application form, counseling, student documentation, preparation of appropriate timetables, addressing online queries, phone calls, online applications, walk-in, reference, etc.
• Oversees building rapport and relationships with existing parents and prospects.
• To ensure all concerns and queries of the prospective leads/candidates are resolved on time.
• Maintaining all records and reports towards school admissions by maintaining an accurate database of all new registrations, current students, and exiting students.
• Perform other related duties as and when required and assigned by the Principal.
