Full Job Description
SUMMARY:
Azure DevOps team and the agile delivery teams. They will work closely with the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and key Engineering and Product stakeholders in all areas of the business. This person will serve as the liaison between the technical Azure DevOps team and the users of ADO, driving consistent use of the tool across the company. They will become the resident RealPage Azure DevOps best practices expert for the product delivery and engineering teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze the current Azure DevOps set-up at RealPage and establish ideal configurations across all project collections.
Work with Azure DevOps developers to understand the best set-up to support delivery teams using SAFe and agile methodologies.
Take an incremental approach to improving the ADO set-up so teams can absorb changes without information overload.
Update documentation on ADO’s work item type templates and best practices in Confluence.
Serve as an SME for Power BI developers working to build metrics dashboards based on data in ADO.
Work with delivery teams and the Agile CoE to coach teams on best practices to ensure smooth delivery and clear understanding of workflows.
Create occasional presentations for product and engineering teams to prepare for upcoming changes, and to reinforce best practices.
Take a lead role in forming and running an Azure DevOps Community of Practice.
