About the Digital Marketing Specialist Role

The Web Strategy team is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with the execution and implementation of initiatives across a large client roster and variety of marketing disciplines. This person will focus heavily on content preparation and management for our website and landing page platform, LocationBuilder, while also supporting programs across all areas of the team including SEO, Location Data Management, Email Marketing, and reporting. In partnership with the two Managers of Web Strategy, this specialist will oversee day-to-day client requests and urgent needs.

Responsibilitie s

• Provide content support our online website platform, LocationBuilder

• Assist in customizing content for our local channel partner websites

• Meet and collaborate with US managers frequently throughout the day

• Assist in the requirements definition and implementation of optimized landing pages

• Facilitate troubleshooting issues for clients and internal stakeholders quickly

• Manage a process flow in our software platform to help organize workflow and manage time

• Assist in managing the accuracy of client location data, partnering with third party vendors to audit and edit data inputs for LDM clients

• Monitor our platform email inbox to ensure lead emails are properly sent to clients

• Perform audits of our various programs to ensure accuracy, make recommendations on optimization and improvement, and to make strategic recommendations for future programs

• Assist in the creation and planning of new website, email, and SEO programs

• Work collaboratively across teams and departments to ensure deliverable dates are met

• Fluent English (writing and speaking)

• Will be writing copy for LocationBuilder and emails

• Marketing acumen, especially digital (SEO, LDM, email, websites)

• Client-facing relationship building

• Project management (documenting requirements for execution team, ensuring timely delivery)

  Requirements

• Able to manage and maintain multiple projects and initiatives concurrently

• Self-starter who understands how to proceed with work that follows consistent pathways with little oversight

• Solid understanding of web-related marketing tactics

• PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop and Acrobat are required)

• Willingness and ability to learn new platforms, services & disciplines

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be a flexible team-player who is willing to reprioritize work plans to dive into the work with the highest need on the Web Strategy team

• Ability to pull and understand reporting metrics to make recommendations for optimization

  Nice to Have

• Knowledge of web UI/UX best practices

• Experience coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience creating and pulling reports within Adobe Analytics

• Experience with Yext, Reputation.com, and similar platforms and a familiarity with Location Data Management / business listings best practices

• Experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud with email marketing programs

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization best practices and tactics

• Experience with cross-functional global teams and/or agency environments
