Total Experience: 5+ years with at least 2 years in North American markets Job Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Kolkata / WFH / Remote Notice Period: Within 30 days Number of Positions: 1 We are looking for a Marketing Lead who would be overall responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing all marketing activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and has a flair for thinking out of the box to come up with effective marketing strategies that drive desired results. You need to be self-driven and happy to lead by example. You must possess a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth. Role and Responsibilities Leveraging the latest marketing techniques to increase Bridgera’s brand awareness and domain authority. Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with management to define effective marketing campaigns and strategies for Bridgera’s service offerings (primarily IoT), including online and social media strategies.
• Develop marketing plans and pragmatic solutions for meeting strategic goals.
• Researching demand for Bridgera’s services and solutions.
• Participate in development of pricing strategy for Bridgera services.
• Monitor competitor services and marketing strategies.
• Oversee and evaluate market research and review market assessment of current and potential new services / solutions and partnerships.
• Develop various marketing collaterals including social media posts, blogs, white papers, e-books, newsletters, website copy and layout as well as event participation material.
• Ability to drive SEO, PPC activities and creation of videos, infographics, presentations.
• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
• Monitor and improve organic search engine performance based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
• Gather and analyze customer insight and prepare case studies.
• Help to promote uniformity and consistency of brand across multiple platforms.
• Manage promotional items and overall marketing budget.
• Evaluate effectiveness and ROI of various marketing campaigns and activities.

Required Skills and Traits:

• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
• Eye for details with ability to quickly adapt to change and new tools / techniques

• Willingness to work in US time zone business hours.

Required experience:

• Prior experience as marketing manager with IT / IoT services companies will be preferred.
• Overall 5+ years in marketing and promotion, with at least 2 years work experience targeting North American markets.
• Experience with On-Page and Off-Page Optimization, link building, listings, keyword analysis, competitor analysis and Content Optimization
• Comprehensive knowledge of Google Analytics and Salesforce CRM
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Journalism or related fields.
