• Training Development and Delivery:
• Develop and deliver training programs on Power BI and Tableau for various levels of learners, from beginners to advanced users.
• Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies.
• Course Customization:
• Customize training content to meet the specific needs and requirements of different audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Power BI and Tableau to ensure training content is current.
• Hands-on Workshops:
• Conduct hands-on workshops and practical sessions to help learners gain real-world experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Provide guidance and support to learners during practice sessions.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Assess learners’ progress through quizzes, tests, and practical assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners improve their skills.
• Technical Support:
• Assist learners in troubleshooting technical issues related to Power BI and Tableau.
• Provide post-training support to ensure learners can apply their new skills effectively.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Learning and Development team to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training content.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience:
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs on Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Tableau, with a deep understanding of their features and capabilities.
• Skills:
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating engaging and effective training materials.
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions and learners simultaneously.
