- Process and track mediclaim reimbursement details with TPA for employees
- Register employees on PF Portal and ensure completion of KYC formalities
- Gather and collate data for PF and ESIC registration
- Monitor and track daily and monthly leave and attendance records of employees
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees
- Handle onboarding formalities and verify completion of KYC requirements
- Prepare and provide performance inputs for management evaluation
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
- Review and update job descriptions and organizational charts regularly
- Address and resolve employee grievances to maintain positive management-employee relations
- Ensure completion of PF KYC process for all employees
