Roles and Responsibilities
1. Execute Production Plan. received from Senior and monitor the same.
2. Prepare & release Job cards.
3. Work Allocation to Operators and supervise them. (Shift wise).
4. Manage day-to-day activities such as production schedules, execute & implement management plans
5. Co-ordination with the internal departments and vendosr for achieving on time delivery schedule.
6. Support to Design & Development for achieving on time delivery schedule.
7. To carry out ISO activities & maintain documentation.
8. Ensure proper housekeeping & safe working conditions in shop & maintaining equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions.
9. To maintain 5S and production record.
