This is an exciting role to work for our client, a mid-sized healthcare recruitment company.We are looking for experienced Resourcers that can work for our client from our offices based in Ahmedabad. You will be a part of a large team based in the UK and work as an extension of their business from India.Job description:

• Understand vacancies and source CVs using job boards, internal database, social and business networking sites, etc.
• Regenerate and cleanse the internal database
• Conduct the phone-based candidate regeneration activity and update information on the ATS (applicant tracking system)
• Get the availability of candidates, their updated CVs, pay rates, location they want to work in, current work status, etc.
• Follow-up on documentation to support the compliance team as and when required
• Post jobs across various job boards
• Manage advert responses and pre-screen candidates while ensuring every bit of information is updated on the ATS
• Coordinate with the UK team members, i.e., Recruiters, Team Leaders and Director when required
• Report on the daily activity

Person Specification:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent telephone manner as this role involves communicating with the candidates when regenerating the internal database and pre-screening candidates
• Experience of working as a Resourcer for at least 9-12 month in the UK healthcare recruitment sector
• Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Commensura, Matrix HR, etc.
• Experience using Bond Adapt or Bullhorn will be an advantage
• Happy to work the UK shift, i.e., 12.30 am to 10 pm IST and 1.30 pm to 11.00 pm respectively after the daylight savings respectively
