Position Title: Production Officer
Function: Production
Key Stakeholders
Internal: ENGG, STORE, QUALITY, FCC
External: Sales
Educational Qualification: Engineer graduate/ Microbiology/ Food Technologist/ Msc Food Science / Msc. Chemistry
Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Desired Competencies: Knowledge on Biscuit Manufacturing process, basic computer knowledge, Man Management skill.
- Overall incharge of a third party unit ( CMU operation)
- Co ordination with central purchase team for arranging RMPM.
- Ensure to meet the production plan
- Implementation of BIL quality systems and monitoring of the same
- Monitoring and ensuring all regulatory compliances.
- Cordination with supply chain team for FG dispatches.
- Cordination with R&D team/ Product development team for new product development trials.
- Ensuring the commercial SOP compliances
- Managing the Britannia assets at the plant location
- Ensure end to end quality of finish products and compliance to all process standards.
- Ensure overall GMP compliance of the unit.
- Should have basic understanding on microbiology
- Need to ensure the microbiological standards for products, process and plant.
