Job Title: Lead Financial Planning & Analysis

Purpose of job:
Role purpose is to Perform FP&A service delivery

Main opportunities/challenges for this role

Opportunity is to deliver the Planning forecasting and month ends Reporting and Notes to Account

Main accountabilities

Perform month end activities without errors & in line with the agreed timetable with UK stakeholders.

Prepare the month end reporting packs with accuracy and completeness of the financials and develop financial commentary independently for the key performance drivers.

Work on Adhocs and Prepare/Publish Quarterly/Annually DSCA Report for Regions.

Do the Notes to accounts Preparation and coordinate with Group Financial Reporting Manager

Work towards enhancing the business knowledge to support the stakeholders in developing 1st level business commentary independently.

Work with team to Develop controls in the existing reports to reduce manual intervention and emphasize more on analysis.

Ensure complete ownership through extended learning and successful delivery on areas pertaining to the role.

Building relationships with the stakeholders involving other COE strands, UK FP&A team, and Finance Business Partners.

Identify process improvement opportunities within the process, discuss within team and work on it to obtain sign off .

Perform the end to end process for the new activities being transitioned from UK / Regions.

Act as an SME for the Management Information Reporting and Month End process and knowledge sharing to the team

CA/CA inter/MBA Finance

Role specific knowledge and experience
