Purpose of job:
To assist technical skills for solution service lifecycle in areas of technical analysis, development, testing, integration, IT operations, Technology areas covered will be :

Integrated Software Development

Microsoft BizTalk Server,

Microsoft Visual Studio,

Azure

XML, XSLT

SQL – T-SQL, stored procedures

Role context

Business Application Development Team offer support, consultation and guidance to the Global Operation, Service Management and Regional Teams.

Main opportunities/challenges for this role

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
Designing of BizTalk solutions (BizTalk 2013 R2):
Creating technical design of BizTalk solution according to High Level Designs & Low Level Designs

Creating BizTalk solution architecture

Development of BizTalk solutions (Biztalk 2013 R2), technologies involved:

Bizalk orchestrations, different patterns

Low latency scenarios – orchestration exposed as web service

Long term scenarios – correlating messages

Dynamic ports, direct communication between orchestartions, self-correlating patterns

Transactions in orchestartions

Createting maps (incl. custom XSLT, XSLT call templates)

BizTalk pipelines (createting of custom C# pipeline components – assemblers, disassemblers)

REST services implementation in BizTalk

WCF services implementation

Business Rules Engine – creating rules, vocabularies

Azure Service Bus

Azure Relay

Creation of supporting components for BizTalk solution (C#, .NET, SQL database objects, tables, views, procedures)

Adapting to new technologies – 3rd party adapters (ie. Active Directory Adapter, SAP Adapter, Azure Logic Apps)

Creating deployment procedures for new version releases (packages, release notes, Powershell & SQL scripts)

Maintaining of environments (production, staging, development etc.)

Participating in technology design of new features in BizTalk solutions.

Making proof-of-concepts

Documenting work (Team Foundation Services)

Knowledge Sharing

Educating and being educated in team such as customers, suppliers and partners, and advises those responsible.

Information Security

Ensure that their workforce are aware of the information security policies and comply with them

Ensures that the team complies to ISO 27001 and IGA related requirements

Send account opening requests effectively

Disable accounts immediately for leavers and Absconders /on long leaves

Document and monitor / review access levels of his/her team

Provide security awareness and education to team

Manage Records to ensure compliance to Freedom of information act

Ensure incidents of their respective functions are closed within SLAs

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in IT

Role specific knowledge and experience

Experience in BizTalk solution development (C#, .NET, XSLT, SQL database objects, tables, views, procedures)
