Job Title: Senior Executive Exam Board Fee
Purpose of job:
To support management of centralised Exam Board Fee Process handling rollout in all Regions applicable.
The resource will be required to perform all tasks in adherence to P2P process as per agreed SLA, manage stakeholders and handle queries.
Role context
Senior Executive School Board Fee process will primarily be the key contact person between the
countries operation/ finance, the School Board and finance hub and will be responsible to ensure that all queries and service level requirements related to the process is met.
Main opportunities/challenges for this role
Maintaining the key service level requirements & KPI targets between SSC and Regions
Key contact between the Countries, Supplier, Technical team and Finance hub and manage dedicated Mailbox
The incumbent will be responsible for extracting and analysing reports, reconciliation and review data from SAP and other sources and responsible for the monthly/ quarterly close process.
Maintenance of the central invoice log, liaison with the Financial Control, regional and country Finance and Operation to resolve queries and meeting reporting requirements
Do sense check of templates before submitting requests for PO creation
Establish highly collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve and standardize process
Proactively track operational issues, maintain relevant trackers and coordinate with other functional owners to ensure timely resolution of identified issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Trouble shooting payment related queries and ensure follow ups on approval of transactions in timely manner
Developing standard reporting for compliance, reconciliation and proper governance of the process.
Exception reporting to key Stake holders with regard to non-compliances of the agreed processes.
Support in development of knowledge documents and standard SOPs
Role specific knowledge and experience
Intermediate experience in Finance Process handling and data analysis
Desirable experience – Accounts Payable and P2P process
Financial accounting skills including book-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
SAP system skills
Understanding of financial processes
Risk identification and management
Flexibility to work in shifts
Qualifications
Finance Graduate/ Post Graduate
