Job Title: Senior Executive Intercompany
Purpose of job:
Creation of ICO Sales Order/ Purchase Orders recording sales and purchase between intercompany
Review PO’s created and check subsequent creation of Sales order generated from system
Clearance of open sales invoices to GL account
Contribute to the resolution of assigned regional/functional processing requests and incidents relating to PO/SO
Role context
Processing service requests for SO/ Journals assisting in improving the efficiency of operations and to meet the agreed service levels.
Main opportunities/challenges for this role
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
Should have basic understanding of Inter Company process to analyse the request type
SO creation based on supporting available in portal and check WBS element along with material
code which fetches GL account number using the requests received on Intercompany Portal/ scanned
image of PO’s
Check Sales order cycle in SAP, WBS structure in SAP
Check postings related to Tax accounting like VAT charges/Service Tax
Review sales orders crated by system & subsequent reporting to Inter Company lead for any defects
Accurate verification and input of SAP transactions on timely basis in compliance with established
standards
Runs the reports as required for performance evaluation of the process & get the reports validated by
peer/Manager
Provide input to process improvement opportunity identification and analysis
Support in completion of process mapping and documentation.
Perform ICO Journal creation activities per requests received on Intercompany Portal/ scanned image
received from countries
Do the sense check of request forms before creating Journals on the basis of agreed procedures
Submit Journals for further review & subsequent posting by ICO Lead

Education – Finance Graduate/ Post Graduate
Desirable
Post Graduate in commerce.
