About this role: Document Management System (DMS) Specialist

We’re hiring DMS Specialist for one of our Leading MNC in Oil and Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.

• Any Professional Degree;
• A high proficiency with cloud based documentmanagement/collaboration platforms or similar systems is essential;
• Experience of quality management systems or database principles asignificant advantage;
• IT literacy and proficiency with MS Office;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential;
• Strong problem solving skills with aptitude to work rapidly and accurately under pressure;
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an Engineering orConstruction Management;
• An organized self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to workindependently;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment;
• Able to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations;
• Able to understand Information Management ,Collaboration andConfiguration;
• Should have experience in communication between IT/IS team andProject/Stake Holders;
• Strong Inclination to develop Technologies;
• Excellent and creative problem-solving skills;
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
