We’re hiring Project Admin for one of our Leading MNC in Oil and Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Chennai.

Location: Chennai

• A highly disciplined organized individual who knows the importance of structure process & confidentiality;
• Strong background in Client relations. Ability to work with customers and co-workers in a professional and personable manner;
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
• Implementation of policies and procedures applicable in accounting systems;
• Hands-on team member who is known for going the extra mile;
• Well-developed scheduling and organizational skills;
• Ability to resolve issues requiring immediate attention and perform under strict timeframes;
• Ability to converse with people at all management level over email, phone and face to face communication;
• Efficient, reliable and trustworthy individual;
• Commitment to maintaining and promoting high standards of the role;
• Deadline orientated with the ability to work under pressure and work on own initiative;
• Familiar for bookkeeping and record compilation;
• Good computer skills & suitable secretarial/administrative experience;
• Smooth communication and coordination skills;
• Proficient in MS Office suite;
• Beginner Level of SAP FICO Consulting.
