The Personal Assistant provides full administrative support to a leadership team member liaising regularly with senior management.
What you’ll be doing
Manages a leadership team member’s complex diary and daily schedule, ensuring enough time to prepare for meetings.
Leads the prioritisation of the assigned leadership team member’s email inbox, filing emails correctly, and drawing attention to matters of importance.
Develops strong working relationships with stakeholders and regularly connecting to align on priorities and build understanding.
Coordinates the organisation of internal and external meetings across multiple sites and venues, booking the room or venue, facilitating online / virtual calls, arranging catering, seating plans, and arranging the clear up at the end of the meeting.
Acts as the primary point of contact / call management for the office and virtual office.
Screens and filters calls and visitors, acting as a gatekeeper.
Delivers high quality support to meetings, such as preparation of reports and agendas, formatting and producing high quality presentations and taking minutes.
