BTF Technology Hiring for QA Tester at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a QA Tester who will join our team that works on mission-critical task management applications for international clients. Duties will include testing and evaluating new and existing programs to identify and help remove bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues and play a critical role in delivering high quality, perfectly functioning software and web applications and mobile apps to customers in (Android, iOS) application development.

Responsibilities

To execute test cases under varying circumstances

To document and evaluate test results

To detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches

To track defects and help troubleshoot errors

To Review test procedures and develop test scripts

Should partner with engineers to drive QA efforts

Requirements

Minimum two years of QA testing experience

Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired

Experience using project tracking software is considered a vital asset (ex: JIRA)

Experience using version control systems (ex: Git) would be viewed as an asset

Solid understanding of process metrics and manual testing.

Knowledge of a broad range of software applications, hardware, and networks

Great attention to detail and solid analytical skills

Proficient in test management software

Good working knowledge of programming languages

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
