Accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience required for a Consultancy and Advisory firm dealing with foreign clients located in One Horizon Centre, Golf Course Road, Sector 43, Gurgaon.

Job Description:

· Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.

· Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments. § Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.

· Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

· Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST, TDS.

· Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, GST, Income tax

Qualifications:

B. Com or M. Com or CA Intermediate.

IT Skills:

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)

· Experience of Tally 9 is must require and other Tax software.

Soft Skills:

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.

· Ability to handle various accounts effectively.
