Entry Level Applicants (Age requirement 21 years and above)
Requirement
Educational – Pre-University Completed minimum
Fluent in English and Tamil or Hindi with good command over reading and writing
Open to learning, be punctual and regular
Role
Material Making
Assisting with day to day functioning of the environment
Maintaining Attendance and Library book ledger. Maintain stock ledger and other simple management tasks only when required
Co-ordinating with the support staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the environment
Co-ordinating Parent meetings and other community gatherings
Training to work with children will be provided – Only for Adults committed to work for Bumblbees.
One week Intensive Theory and One week Montessori Practices as per schedule. Learning on the job for a period of six months with areas of Montessori work and classroom management. Training is provided free of cost with a commitment of one year in the Casa.
