Description
The Marketing Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and activities to support the brand’s efforts. The Marketing Project Coordinator will be expected to use their experience to move projects forward, as well as collaborate on brainstorming, planning, and execution with their peers. They will review, compile, and execute marketing initiatives.
This role will report to the Marketing Manager, working closely with cross-functional teams and the global corporate marketing team, and will encompass a wide range of marketing functions including Strategic Planning, Marketing Operations, Project coordination, PR Management etc.
Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy and plan.
Convert marketing plans and initiatives into projects, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordination of projects working with the global corporate marketing team, internal clients, and others as appropriate to clarify the scope of individual marketing initiatives/ projects.
Manage projects effectively including schedule management, resource allocation and general project management.
Proactively support the project team with emphasis placed on timely and seamless execution of the required deliverables.
Coordination and monitoring the overall schedule of marketing projects/initiatives
Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting of initiative metrics
Track and present initiatives status of various engagement approaches, impacts, beliefs and barriers to influence the adaptation of initiatives.
Responsible for initiating and maintaining partnerships with various corporate marketing staff to align marketing initiatives implementation activities with overall company communication channels.
Assist in planning and directing local PR activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing with 3-5 years of similar experience as stated above: experience in project management and execution of campaigns and/or initiatives.
Good public relations and media contacts.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Creative, confident, and organized to assist in the day-to-day and on-time execution of activities.
Good communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
