We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong sales skills in software products, packages, and IT services to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert inbound & outbound leads into confirmed sales.
- Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable software/IT packages.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up regularly with prospects.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable deals.
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
