Job description : Caretaker Cum Butler (For Director’s Bungalow) Designation Caretaker Cum Butler (For Director’s Bungalow) Reporting to Directors Experience 5-8 Yrs of experience as independent care taker Age 35 to 40 yrs Industry Hospitality Qualification Undergraduate / Graduate CTC 6 – 8 LPA Base Location Caretaker Cum Butler, Hospet, Karnataka Job Requirements · Humble, sincere and trustworthy person with command over spoken Hindi and Kannada. Speaking in English is added advantage. · Computer Knowledge- Basics. · Role and Responsibilities · Supervise and combination of following duties in keeping private home (Bungalow) clean and in good condition: · Key person for mentoring housekeeping activities of the bungalow, keeping it clean and tidy at desired. · Upkeep of electrical & electronic devices, fixtures and its timely repair by planning / taking follow up for looking after AMC of A/c’s / Washing machines/Fridges etc., · May all time ensure high standards in maintaining, paintings, exterior structures, art work and antiques. · May act as a mentor cum supervisor for all other housing staff present in bungalow. · Should have sound knowledge in up keeping of lawns & gardens. · Must supervise pet caring and their health. · Must have a pleasing attitude to receive guests, visitors & phone calls. · Oversees family packing and travel preparations. · Understands the choice of Director’s & accordingly suggests the menu of food to be prepared and served. · May assist in choosing wardrobe to attend business, events or family functions. · Assists with planning and organizing parties and events in the bungalow. · Oversees and participates in proper table settings and entertainment preparations. · Oversees the overall activities of all the household staff which may also include- -Ensuring staff are presentable at all times & setting a standard for the same. -Mentoring the hygiene and method adapted in cleaning of clothing. -Maintenance of automobiles & scheduling travel plans. -Driver & Vehicle management -Co-ordination and scheduling of service contractors. · May frequently train the household staff on day to day activities for perfection in job delegation. · Must possess the right attitude to address grievances of the household staff. · Any other work assigned from time to time.
