We are looking for Employee Relations & Administration (Contract Management) for a Singapore Based an Automotive Industry based at Nagpur.
Job Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Resource planning as per business plan
Manage recruitment for the assigned COCOs (Company Owned Company Operated).
Employee services management for both off-roll and on-roll employees
Employee welfare and relationship management
Proactively manage COCO compliances
Liaison with local authorities and maintain amicable relationship
Manage housekeeping, security, other facilities and general administration
Champion organisation values among the team
Provide periodic MIS to reporting manager(s)
