Position Overview:

As a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) at Equitas Small Finance Bank, you will be responsible for providing personalized banking and financial services to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while promoting our products and services. Through digital communication platforms, you will ensure a seamless and efficient banking experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
• Engage with customers through phone calls to understand their banking needs and financial goals
• Provide personalized financial advice, product recommendations, and tailored solutions to meet individual customer requirements
• Strengthen customer relationships by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of their financial situation
• Sales and Business Development:
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote the bank’s products and services to existing and potential customers
• Regularly updating yourself and conveying new products or offerings
• Financial Advisory Services:
• Offer expert advice on various banking products such as credit cards, investments, and insurance & loans while ensuring compliance with banking regulations
• Digital Banking Support:
• Assist & train customers in navigating digital banking platforms, resolving technical issues, and guiding them through online processes
• Educate customers about the benefits and functionalities of our digital banking services
• Compliance and Security:
• Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information
• Conduct necessary due diligence and identity verification processes to prevent fraudulent activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 yrs Experience in banking, financial advisory, or customer relationship management will be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual customer interactions
• Proficiency in MS-Office, English & Regional/Local Language
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and digital banking innovations
