QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduate having 2 to 5 years of experience
in managing the complete service function at the corporate level
AGE LIMIT: 25 – 35 Years of Age
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategic Role Responsibilities
Ensure the Brand Visibility in the market.
Tracking and monitoring the performance of Channel partners and Sales team to identify deviation and plan accordingly for risk mitigation.
Responsible for developing and expanding Sales activities of the company.
Planning and implementing sales promotional activities in the territory in collaboration with the Marketing team. Identify and sort out small and high-impact issues faced by channel partners and Sales team.
Improve and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in large accounts
Analyze and control expenditures of assigned areas to conform to budgetary requirements
Identification of brand building/ BTL/ ATL activation opportunities and coordinating with relevant stakeholders (sales team/ marketing team/external agencies) for effective execution of these activities in line with business objectives/ priorities.
Campaigns and Launch Events:
Effectiveness of the campaign POP Execution.
New Product Launch and PR initiatives carried out in Head Office as well as branch level.
Activities:
Must ensure the effectiveness of Mediators meetings and Participation.
In shop branding Visibility at all our Channel partners and service centers Pan India
Participations in Expo, Trade Fair and Pilgrim center and Make an effective implementation in Business.
Identify and coordinate with agencies to provide excellent AV’s and communication and development tools when necessary.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Male candidates with Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, Innovative and Good communication skills.
REPORTING TO: Head – Marketing Service
RELEVANT INDUSTRY: Pumps, Automobiles, Electrical & Electronics.
Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil
Salary and Benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, and will not be a constraint for deserving candidates. Innovative compensation schemes are offered. Candidate should have good knowledge in various reporting activities.
