Role Summary
As a member of the Contract Operations Team within Legal, the Contract Administrator is responsible for the successful management of client contracts data within assigned Client segments, and charged with the day-to-day capture, review, administration, and reporting of contracts data.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate within established guidelines, review selected executed client contracts, amendments, and related documents. Enter and maintain relevant contracts data in systems and prepare and/or evaluate supporting data analyses as requested. Compile and analyze large, complex data sets.
Ensure that contracts data flows through the defined Commercial and Legal processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop strong relationships with Sales org and internal business partners to facilitate corrections and updates to Salesforce records.
Ensure new agreement requests contain all required details and have accurate Salesforce configuration.
Manage Salesforce contract close-out and verification process. Responsible for reviewing and verifying contract data against Salesforce data and functioning as gatekeeper to ERP systems.
Monitor multiple opportunity queues within systems to manage flow of Sales requests.M
Make recommendations to Associate Director, Contracts Operations for improving contracts data processes and systems
Requirements
Competencies Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university desirable, but not required
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce are required. Familiarity Contract Management software platforms is also desirable, but not required.
Demonstrated business integrity and ability to ensure deadlines are met, including managing large volumes of work and re-establishing priorities as necessary.
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to work well and collaboratively with multiple internal business partners or departments to ensure goals are achieved.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working for US-based companies.
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Contracts function.
Strong proficiency in English language
